Call for Abstracts (International Session)

Abstract Submission is now Open!

The 14th JPCA Annual Meeting Committee welcomes you to submit an abstract. Submissions will be accepted from a wide range of specialists and students working in primary care.
The topics include prevention, diagnosis, medical treatment, care, public health, education, policy, and research development.
For this session, the official language is English and no simultaneous translation will be provided.

Important Dates

Starting Call for Abstracts: November 28th, 2022 (12:00 pm JST)

Closing Call for Abstracts: December 28th, 2022 (12:00 pm JST)

Types of Presentation

Oral – ONLY PRESENTED ON-SITE at assigned time with a Session Chair, no live-streaming. The presentation will be recorded and available on-demand.
Poster – HYBRID, presented on-site during Poster Tour with a Chair, and virtually available as an e-poster. There will be no audio or video presentation.

Submission Guidelines

All applications should be submitted online. The deadline for submission is December 28 2022.
The abstract must be submitted in English.
The abstract must be submitted by the presenting author.
The maximum word limit for a title: 20 words.
The maximum word limit for the abstract body: 250 words.
Please structure your abstract using the following headings.
Original Investigation: [Objectives], [Methods], [Results] and [Conclusions]
Case Report: [Introduction], [Case] and [Discussion] * Activity Reports can also be submitted.
The Abstract must NOT contain tables, graphs, or images.
The maximum number of authors allowed (first author and co-author(s)): 15
The maximum number of authors’ affiliations allowed: 15
Please do not use specific names or information to identify an individual.
After the submission, the secretariat will have no responsibility for proofreading, recorrection and so on. Please make sure that all information is correct before submitting.
After the submission, the secretariat will send you a confirmation e-mail. If you do not receive it within three business days, please contact the secretariat.

Review Results

All the submitted abstracts will be reviewed
Acceptance will be judged and the result will be notified after the review
Because of the session’s space, we might not be able to accept all presentations and request to change the presentation category.
